I'm sure that you are wondering why I have not updated the site since Monday, July 5. I need to explain that I have been in Albuquerque attending the New Mexico Annual Conference of Local Emergency Planning Committee.The conference will conclude this evening and I will be providing highlights to my readers.
For those who unaware, I am the Secretary for the Local Emergency Planning Committee for Dona Ana County / City of Las Cruces. We have seven LEPC members attending this conference as well.
